PAYMENT AND HOLD

We only accept cash payment (We accept cash or debit card payment
Before the start of the lease, the Tenant makes a Deposit and pays for the entire rental period
The deposit is refundable within 30 days from the end of the rental period
Any fines, Salik toll, any damages, etc. can be repaid from the Deposit made, and in case of exceeding the amount of such by more than 20% of the Deposit, they must be paid immediately

AUTOMOBILE

The car is provided to the Lessee in a technically sound condition, fully fueled and clean.
Any visible defect must be recorded and documented by both parties.
The car must be returned in the same condition in which it was received at the time of approval.
We reserve the right to claim the Car without notice if it is used in violation of the concluded contract.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Driver/Renter must be at least 21 years of age
The expiration date of the driver's license must not be less than the expiration date of the lease and not less than 1 year from the date of issue

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

Valid UAE ID, Passport with valid residence
Driver's license of the same country as the identification document. (For non-residents International Driving Permit, depending on the country)
Entry stamp or Tourist visa.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

An additional driver is allowed subject to the minimum rental age and all other driver requirements.
An additional authorized driver must also be registered in the Rental Agreement.

DELIVERY AND GEOGRAPHY

We deliver your car and pick it up for FREE within Dubai
Delivery outside of Dubai is subject to an additional charge (depending on location)
The provision of services and, accordingly, the use of a car is carried out only within the UAE.
In case of intention to cross the border of O.A.E. The tenant must request permission to do so, and we reserve the right to allow or deny this request.

RENTAL TERM

The car rental period is calculated daily, weekly or monthly. The daily rental period consists of 24 hours.
After the expiration of the daily rental period, a grace period of 1 hour is provided.
If the delay in returning the car is more than 1 hour, but less than 2 hours, an additional fee of 20% of the daily rental calculation is charged.
With a delay of up to 3 hours, but less than 2 hours, ½ of the daily rental calculation is charged
More than 3 hours of delay in the return of the car, the full daily cost of car rental will be charged
In case of early return of the car, no refund will be made for unused time.
Rental extensions are allowed in the absence of a booking
It is generally accepted that any renewal of the Lease must be obtained with the prior consent of the Owner.
In the event of an unreasonable delay in the return of the car or the unavailability of the tenant for communication, we reserve the right to remotely stop the car engine.

ON THE ROAD

The daily car rental rate includes a limited number of mileage (defined in the contract for each car)
For running in excess of the daily limit, an additional fee is charged for each kilometer (determined in the contract for each car)
The vehicle may only be used on public roads
The tenant must comply with all traffic rules and will be responsible for fines related to traffic violations.
Only persons registered in the contract have the right to drive a car
We are not responsible for any belongings of the Renter left or lost in the car during its rental. However, if the Lessee's property is discovered after the return of the car, we store it for 1 month.

FORBIDDEN

No smoking in the car
Participation of the rented car in races, competitions or tests of any type
Transportation of passengers as a taxi and any other private transportation of a commercial nature
Transportation of items that pose a risk of damage to the vehicle (including unpleasant odors)
Transportation of illegal substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.)
Drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, hallucinogens, narcotics, barbiturates, or any other substance that impairs consciousness or responsiveness
Towing is strictly prohibited
Use the vehicle for off-road driving
Driving a car by a person not specified in the contract
Use the car outside the UAE and/or in geographic areas that have not been agreed with the Lessor
